Performance
& Towing Capabilities
With a
3.5-liter V6 under the hood, the 2021 Nissan Murano is quick on its feet. This
engine can generate 260 horsepower and 240 pound-feet of torque, and it gives
the Nissan the ability to tow up to 1,500 pounds. Many New Haven drivers would
be more than satisfied with this type of capability. If you think you might run
into adverse conditions, you might want to get a Murano with all-wheel drive.
This way, power can be redirected to the wheels with the best grip on the road
or trails.
Interior
& Exterior Features
With four
trims, there are different levels of sophistication in the cabin. For instance,
the S base model has a manually adjustable driver's seat and cloth upholstery.
In contrast, the most premium trim has power-adjustable front seats that can be
heated and cooled, heated rear seats, a memory function for the positions of
the driver's seat, and steering wheel, a heated steering wheel, and
semi-aniline leather seats. As you can see, this top-level trim, which is
called the Platinum, is relatively upscale, rivaling what many luxury models
have to offer. Convenient components on all trims include keyless entry,
push-button start, and dual-zone climate control systems. If you move up to the
SV, SL, or Platinum, you'll get to take advantage of a remote engine start
ability.
Nissan has
used innovative design features to help the Murano look sleek and modern. Every
trim has LED headlights, LED taillights, and LED daytime running lights, and
most also have LEDs in their front fog lights. A panoramic moonroof is available
if you'd like to make the cabin feel more spacious. Also, many models have
heated outside mirrors and motion-activated liftgates.
