Do I get free oil changes?

Purchased Maintenance Plans cover costs associated with many routine maintenance items, including oil changes. If you've not purchased a Maintenance Contract, you may still be eligible to do so; please be sure to ask your Service Advisor.

Is there a recall on my car?

You can go to the NHTSA web site and enter your VIN and see if your car might be effected by a recall. It's best to verify with our dealership prior to booking an appointment.

What does my warranty cover?

The basic warranty on a Nissan is 3 years or 36K and the powertrain (engine and transmission) is 5 years or 60K.* Your Nissan warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship that occur during the warranty period. Routine Maintenance items and services - oil and filter changes, tire rotations, etc - are not covered under warranty, nor are items that normally "wear" over time, like most belts, brakes and tires.

So generally, if a non-wear item "breaks" during your warranty period, you're covered. Our Nissan Service Advisors will be happy to review the details with you during your appointment.

*Nissan Titan & NV200 models include a 5 year or 100k mile Bumper-to-Bumper warranty

Do you have appointments available on Saturdays?

We are open for repairs from 8:00 - 1:00 and our Express Service facility is open from 8:00 - 5:00 for any basic maintenance needs.
